I am actually returning this product to amazon. Both CNET and Amazon gave the unit very good reviews, but it just did not work well for me. I don't know if I received a faulty unit, but the call quality on this headset was pretty bad. It would intermittently cut out while on calls, and had a terrible range that practically required me to hold the phone to my ear for it to work without static. It's a shame because this headset has an amazing fit.really comfortable. Oh well, better luck next time.

It is a good product. The noise cancellation feature makes it a lot better than my first bluetooth

I'm using this on my iPhone and Skype on the PC. It paired up with both devices (and my Mac at work, as a test) quickly and easily, and reconnects with each device whenever I want. It has good audio (what I hear on it sounds good, and others tell me I sound good on it) and while it starts to get static at more than 10 feet from my computer, that's really all I need. It's comfortable and the battery seems to last a while.

This product does what it needs to do, the only problem is that I constantly get static when I go couple meters/feet away from the device I'm connected to, I normally stay close to my devices, so its not that much of an issue for me. I use this on my PS3 as well to chat, and it works great. what I like most about this device, is the ability to work on both my Nokia and Blackberry at the same time. That is a big plus for me.

I have not used BT device in 3 years. I could never find a comfortable one for my ears. This is the one and I am very happy with this purchase.
